Overview
This site is operated by CCI Builders, a licensed general contractor serving El Dorado County and the greater Sacramento metro ("we," "us," or "our"). We collect only the information necessary to respond to your estimate request and to improve our site.
Information We Collect
When you submit the estimate request form, we collect your full name, phone number,
email address, project type, and any optional message you choose to include.
If you arrived from an online advertisement, we also capture referring campaign
identifiers (UTM parameters, Google Ads gclid, Meta fbclid,
Microsoft msclkid) alongside your submission so we can understand which
campaigns are reaching qualified leads.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your estimate request and to follow up about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Text Messaging & Mobile Information
The estimate request form includes an optional checkbox to receive text messages about your project. Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving an estimate or purchasing any service. If you do not check that box, we will not text you.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. Mobile numbers you provide are used only to contact you about your project, and are shared with our messaging provider solely to deliver those messages on our behalf.
Messages relate to your estimate request and project — scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up. We do not send marketing text campaigns. Message frequency varies with project status. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Full messaging terms are in our Terms of Service.
Third-Party Services
This site uses the following services to operate:
- Cloudflare Pages: hosting and CDN. Cloudflare processes request metadata (IP address, browser type) for security and performance.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection on the estimate form. Sets a short-lived functional cookie to verify submissions. No advertising or tracking purpose.
- Google Apps Script: receives estimate form submissions, stores them in a Google Sheet, and emails the CCI Builders team.
Analytics & Advertising Measurement
We may use the following analytics and advertising measurement tools to understand how visitors find and use our site:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4): measures aggregate traffic and engagement. IP addresses are anonymized. GA4 fires a
generate_leadevent when an estimate request is submitted. This event does not include your name, email, or phone number. - Google Ads conversion tracking: records whether a visitor who clicked one of our Google ads later submitted the estimate form, so we can measure campaign effectiveness.
- Meta Pixel: records the same for Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Microsoft Clarity: anonymized session recording and heatmaps used to improve the site experience. Does not collect personal information entered in form fields.
These services may set cookies or use similar identifiers. They do not receive your name, email, phone number, or message content, only an event indicating that an action occurred.

Data Retention
Estimate request records are retained for a minimum of three years for business record-keeping purposes.
